Jem here. Newbie Runner. Aspiring Ironman Triathlete [don't know how to swim though :) ]. I run because I wanna lose weight. I did, and I gained a lot more. Found out that running is the same as our other roles. We only call it different names: Family, School, Business, Ministry etc. To triumph over these things, one elementary truth is needed: ENDURANCE. As for RUN168 thingy, I think it sounds cool :)
