THE EASIEST THING IN THE WORLD TO DO IS TO SUCCEED!
To win and succeed you need to follow certain rules. You can't help but succeed in your business provided you follow the rules and play the game. Now, success could be different for each one of you. So, the first thing that you must do to play the game is to define a purpose. You need this purpose to determine if you have won! Play the game like today is the first day of your life! Let today be your birthday and start over!
 

1.   You need a purpose to succeed and win.find you why behind the what. if you dont have one, create one and commit to it.
2.   Develop the habit of "Do It Now". If you wait until everything is "right" you won't ever do anything, get started now.
3.   It is a MUST to be supremely honest especially to yourself use your heart on others but use your mind on yourself, learn to evaluate yourself honestly and be accountable.
4.   Turn each day into a golden opportunity. seize the day! 
5.   Believe all things are possible because they are. "Whatever the mind can conceive and believe it can achieve."
6.   It takes more courage to be humble than it does to be bold.
7.   Laugh! When we can laugh at our short comings, we are on the way to the top.
8.   Give more than you receive.
9.   Always have your life and your house in order including your finances and your wills.
10.   We always need to have a positive attitude, be happy and cheerful.
11.   We need to go back to old fashion values. Farmers had to be simple to succeed. They had faith and belief while plowing fields, planting seeds to know that the crop would come up as long as they paid the price in advance.
12.   Always be thoughtful, understanding and go the extra mile.
13.   We need to turn people on, not turn them off.
14.   Go to the top and make friends on the way up.
15.   You need to have a big 90 day goal. 90 days from today decide to double or triple your check.
16.   You need to be accountable to yourself.
17.   work hard but work smart
18.   It doesn't hurt to tell people where you have been, but it is where you are going that counts.
19.   Eliminate all the alibis and excuses – help people make more money than they need.
20.   Always play the game as yourself; don't try to be someone else.
21.   Wear a smile on our face and always be on a mission----before commission

1. What is my purpose? why do i want to succeed?
* aside from rick warren's pdl,
- i want to be able to create a much greater impact to the society, to the next generation, than what has been.
- i want to be able to say that "It is Possible!" "Dare to Believe!" "Demand Your Potential!"
- i want to be able to define 1Tim4:12 : "Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity."

2. "Do It Now" - i should work on this...i almost always procrastinate...

3. Learn to evaluate yourself honestly and be accountable. - getting there. almost there.

4. Turn each day into a golden opportunity. seize the day! - Repeat 16x

5. Believe all things are possible because they are. - this is the scene where i stand boldly and confidently.

This was written by a Metro Denver Hospice Physician:

I was driving home from a meeting this evening about 5, stuck in
traffic on Colorado Blvd., and the car started to choke and splutter
and die - I barely managed to coast, into a gas station, glad only
that I would not be blocking traffic and would have a somewhat warm
spot to wait for the tow truck. It wouldn't even turn over. Before I
could make the call, I saw a woman walking out of the 'quickie mart '
building, and it looked like she slipped on some ice and fel l into a
gas pump, so I got out to see if she was okay.

When I got there, it looked more like she had been overcome by sobs
than that she had fallen; she was a young woman who looked really
haggard with dark circles under her eyes She dropped something as I
helped her up, and I picked it up to give it to her. It was a nickel.

At that moment, everything came into focus for me: the crying woman,
the ancient Suburban crammed full of stuff with 3 kids in the back (1
in a car seat), and the gas pump reading $4.95.

I asked her if she was okay and if she needed help, and she just kept
saying 'I don't want my kids to see me crying,' so we stood on the
other side of the pump from her car. She said she was driving to
California and that things were very hard for her right now. So I
asked, 'And you were praying?' That made her back away from me a
little, but I assured her I was not a crazy person and said, 'He heard
you, and He sent me.'

I took out my card and swiped it through the card reader on the pump
so she could fill up her car completely, and while it was fueling, I
walked to the next doorMcDonald's and bought 2 big bags of food, some
gift certificates for more, and a big cup of coffee. She gave the food
to the kids in the car, who attacked it like wolves, and we stood by
the pump eating fries and talking a little.

She told me her name, and that she lived in Kansas City Her boyfriend
left 2 months ago and she had not been able to make ends meet. She
knew she wouldn't have money to pay rent Jan 1, and finally in
desperation had finally called her parents, with whom she had not
spoken in about 5 years. They lived in California and said she could
come live with them and try to get on her feet there.

So she packed up everything she owned in the car. She told the kids
they were going to California forChristmas, but not that they were
going to live there.

I gave her my gloves, a little hug and said a quick prayer with her
for safety on the road. As I was walking over to my car, she said,
'So, are you like an angel or something?' This definitely made me cry.
I said, 'Sweetie, at this time of year angels are really busy, so
sometimes God uses regular people.'

It was so incredible to be a part of someone else's miracle. Of
course, you guessed it.   When I got in my car it started right away
and got me home with no problem. I'll put it in the shop tomorrow to
check, but I suspect the mechanic won't find anything wrong.

Sometimes the angels fly close enough to you that you can hear the
flutter of their wings...

Psalms 55:22 'Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and He shall sustain
thee. He shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.'

I met this man not so long ago, rainier. We have the same mentor but in a different cong. I was introduced to him by our mentor after the corporate fast in galleria. I have to admit I was kinda surprised about this man. He seemed to be so good to me as if we know each other before. Little did I realize that I have met a Divine Connection. He was encouraging me generously. He wanted me to stay for fellowship but I didn’t, I have other commitments to attend to that day.  That wasn’t unusual but that night he was sending me messages of encouragement. That was nice. After some time he asked me if we could meet, God has something for me, and so we met.

And Thus says the Lord:

·                    I see you standing in a stage full of people. You will occupy a leadership position, the kind that will influence and make a big impact to a lot of people. I see you standing in front of a big group of people, speaking, making a stand, telling them how much I love them, about the things I did and will do for them.

·                    Your desire for the higher gifts will be given to you in due time. You will be given the gift of prophecy, discernment, the gift of healing, making miracles and even leading and teaching my people will be fulfilled in due time. Take time to discover your gifts. One day at a time.

·                    You are a big container, I see you as a very big beautiful vase, a container of the Holy Spirit. I want that container to overflow as you like it. But the figure is not yet complete. I am still adding water & clay to the figure.  You are a work in process. “I am still molding that figure, with specific designs with your character.”

·                    You will be blessed as you have prayed and will be blessed to be a blessing. A vessel to be used to bless and make a big impact to other people.

·                    You will travel. I will bring you to places you’ve never been before.

·                    You have been asking me about your family concerns, “how long still?”  and even in your family’s conflict, I want you to know that I am working on it.

·                    Our heart is synchronized. You have my heartbeat for compassion and passion for the lost. Your earthly form is weak, I am aware of that, but I know you are willing to get out of your comfort zone. I know that you have been asking me for my will. Know this, your path will get brighter and brighter and you will break forth like the dawn.

·                    A bigger group will be entrusted to you more than a small group. You will be prosperous as you have prayed. I have that in line because you delight yourself in me.

·                    You have a gift of encouragement and sharing my message of love and hope will be your gift as well.

·                    I see you as a deeply rooted tree, flourishing even though with worms.

·                    You will have the gift of power. You will exhibit faith, miracles, healing. “Seek me and my kingdom more.”

·                    I want you to know that I am pleased because you are doing some things for me. I am pleased because you relate to me as though I am your father. I am pleased because you pour out your heart to me when you are angry and frustrated. And after your anger and despair you lavish me with praise. I am pleased with that.

·                    I know you want to see me in your ventures.

·                   The Prophet: I see you driving a white car, and the people inside that you bring with you in your ventures, you will bring them to God as well.

man i was amazed! it was quite an experience. especially the "I am pleased..." parts. praise God for His words. they gave me ease and more passion to keep on pressing forward to the goal. thanks God! :]
